Modern hotel with stylish rooms, good bathroom. No on-site dining, but offers food delivery from local restaurant. Helpful staff recommended other restaurants and made dinner reservations. Very central location, close to attractions and tram station. Private underground parking available.

That there was not free internet access in the guesthouse.

Couldnt find an English speaking programme on the tv

We explored Freiburg like true adventurers and got to see some sick views from the tower at the Salzbüchslekuppe. The beer garden at Greiffenegg Castle was dope too, chilled and enjoyed some cold ones. Best part? The walk through nature was pure bliss!

If I had to nitpick, it would be cool if the hotel had more activities for young party peeps like us. Maybe some cool DJ nights or a happening bar scene.

Good location, pleasant room, excellent buffet breakfast

No kettle in room! Had to go to hotel bar for late night cup of tea which was very expensive. Also not enough blankets and pillows provided so was a bit cold during night.

Just a short walk from Munster and the hotel did a fairly good buffet breakfast! Also, the hotel is just a street away from a lovely charming park - perfect for afternoons reading in the sunshine.

Super close to old town, comfy beds, clean rooms, kid-friendly free breakfast, spacious parking for big cars. Staff gives amazing recommendations, friendly and helpful. Beautiful design, small and cozy feel. Ideal location for exploring the city on foot.

The hotel is a bit outside of the Altstadt, but easy reachable on foot, thus the location is perfect.

We were quite disappointed about the room. On the pictures everything looks nice and moderne. But our room was in one of the two guesthouses and much older and simpler furnished. It looked completely different. Also the beds are pretty old and uncomfortable. As another entrance was right by the window we could keep the window opened. Anyway, the room was clean and the bathroom was okay.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a large modern room and a fantastic shower. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with more variety.

Our recent stay at a modern and stylish hotel in a convenient location was a great experience. The room, although small, was comfortable and the bathroom, although small, was modern and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a good variety of options. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even recommending local restaurants and making reservations for us. We especially appreciated the fan in the room during the heatwave.

They dont have lift, being a three floor building.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, situated in a very quiet area but still so close to the centre of the city. There is even a gondola that takes you up to the mountain for dinner. The room and bathroom are both spacious, clean and well-appointed. The service from the staff is exemplary, with friendly and helpful staff always willing to assist. Breakfast is also a standout, with a wide range of delicious options.

The hotel lacks a restaurant for evening meals.
